These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rmkaavfoods.com (the "Website"), operated by RMKAAV Ventures Private Limited ("RMKAAV", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Chamraudi Chauraha, Kalu Kuwan Road, Banda City, Banda, Uttar Pradesh, 210001.

By accessing or using the Website, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. About our products

We sell traditional Indian fruit-based food products under our Banda Delights brand. These are food products intended for general consumption. They are not medicines or supplements. Statements made about traditional uses of our products have not been evaluated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) for medicinal claims, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor before adding any new food to your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

3. Pricing, taxes, and currency

  • All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed and confirmed at the existing price will not be affected.

4. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase our products under these Terms.
  • An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation by email after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of: pricing or product information errors, inventory unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount.

5. Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay.
  • We accept payment methods supported by Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
  • Razorpay's transaction processing is governed by Razorpay's own terms (razorpay.com/terms). RMKAAV is not responsible for issues arising from the payment gateway itself.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and the "Banda Delights" brand — is the property of RMKAAV Ventures Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law (including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019).

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Banda, Uttar Pradesh.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by writing to us at info@rmkaavfoods.com. We will respond within 14 days and attempt good-faith resolution.
