Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel:

If your cancellation is received before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

2. Cancelling after dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible. If you no longer want the order, please:

  • Refuse delivery when the courier attempts to deliver, OR
  • Accept delivery and follow our Return and Refund Policy (note: opened items cannot be returned).

If a dispatched order is refused at delivery, we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping cost charged by the courier.

3. Cancellations initiated by us

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • The product is unavailable due to inventory or batch production constraints;
  • The shipping address is in a non-serviceable PIN code;
  • Suspected fraudulent activity;
  • A pricing or product information error.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days and notify you by email.
