Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy describes how RMKAAV Ventures Private Limited processes, packages, and ships orders placed through rmkaavfoods.com.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Order processing time
- Orders placed before [6:00 PM IST] on a working day are typically processed and dispatched within [1–2] working days.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- All our products are handmade in small batches; in rare cases of high demand or batch production, dispatch may take up to 3 working days. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond this.
3. Courier partners
We ship through [Shiprocket / Delhivery / India Post — to be finalized], depending on the destination PIN code. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

These are courier estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, lockdowns, or operational delays beyond our control.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and link. You can also write to info@rmkaavfoods.com with your order number for tracking assistance.
7. Damaged or missing items
- Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or accept it and notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at info@rmkaavfoods.com.
- For missing items, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
8. Failed delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to:
- Re-ship the order at your cost (you bear the second courier charge), or
- Refund the order minus the original shipping cost and a small re-stocking fee, where applicable.
9. International shipping
We do not ship outside India at this time. We may add international shipping in future; sign up for our newsletter to be informed.
